Get into horse riding this summer!

The East of England is running a ‘get into riding’ week from the 14th of May, the aim of this is to encourage people who use to ride to get back into the sport or for those people who have always wanted to learn to ride to give it a try. So what benefits does horse riding give you? First of all it’s a great, fun way to get fit and enjoy some time outdoors as the nicer weather approaches, no experience or equipment is necessary as all levels from complete beginner to ‘rusty’ experience rider are welcomed.
There are many British Horse Society Approved establishments taking part, the sessions are free of charge but booking is required, to find your nearest centre taking part click here

So as this is the year of great sport, why not fulfil your dream and take up riding? Don’t just watch it this summer, take part.
